Write the campaign on Monday. It sends every Friday at 10am.
Scheduling is a mode of the campaign composer, not a second product to learn. Set a date and time for a one-off send, or choose the days of the week it should repeat on. Every execution is recorded, so you can see whether the Tuesday send beat the Friday one.

Para kanino ito
Small teams without a marketing calendar tool, sending the same weekly offer, menu or reminder by hand every single week.
Ang alalahanin na sinasagot nito
"I'll forget, or nobody is at the desk at 8am on a Sunday." A schedule does not forget, and its history tells you which slot actually performs.
How scheduling works
Build the campaign
Use the same composer as an immediate send — same message types, same audience picker, same preview.
Choose when
Set one date and time, or pick the days of the week it should repeat on. Add an end date or a maximum number of runs if you want it to stop on its own.
Check what is coming
Upcoming executions are listed before they happen, so a schedule is never a black box.
Review each run
Every execution keeps its own outcome and delivery figures, and the schedule shows the averages across all of them.
Scheduling is a mode of the composer, not a separate tool
There is no second, cut-down scheduled-message editor to learn. You build the campaign exactly as you would for an immediate send — the same message types, the same contacts and audiences, the same live preview — and then choose when it should go out instead of sending it now.
Control after it is live
A schedule that cannot be changed is a liability. This one can be adjusted while it is running, and it tells you where it stands.
- One-time schedule: a specific date and time
- Recurring schedule: repeat on the days of the week you choose
- Optional expiry date and a maximum number of executions
- Upcoming executions listed before they run
- Pause, resume or cancel a live schedule
- Overdue and next-run-pending states are shown rather than hidden
It tells you which run performed better
Most schedulers confirm that a job fired. This one keeps the outcome of every execution — executed, failed, cancelled before it ran, or not yet due — along with the delivery figures for each. Across the whole schedule you get an average delivery rate, average read rate and average failure rate, which is what turns "we send a weekly offer" into "Friday morning outperforms Tuesday evening".
Mabuting malaman
Kung saan humihinto ang feature na ito, sabi nang diretso — para walang sorpresa pagkatapos mong bumili.
- Requires the Wiz Campaign or Wiz Pro plan — the same plans as bulk messages.
- Recurrence is days of the week plus a time. There is no cron-style rule and no "third Thursday of the month".
- A schedule does not exempt anything: every send still obeys WhatsApp's 24-hour window and template rules.
- This is scheduling, not a drip sequence engine — a schedule sends the same campaign on a timetable rather than moving contacts through stages.

Mga Madalas Itanong
Can I repeat a campaign every week?
Yes. Pick the days of the week it should run on and the time, and it repeats until you pause it, cancel it, or it reaches an expiry date or maximum number of runs that you set.
Can I schedule something for the third Thursday of every month?
No. Recurrence is days of the week plus a time. Anything more elaborate than that is not supported, and we would rather say so than have you find out in production.
Can I pause a schedule without losing it?
Yes. A live schedule can be paused and resumed, or cancelled entirely, without rebuilding the campaign.
Do the 24-hour and template rules still apply to a scheduled send?
Yes. Scheduling changes when a message goes out, not what WhatsApp allows you to send. If the send falls outside a recipient's 24-hour window, it needs an approved template just as an immediate send would.
How do I know a scheduled run actually happened?
Each execution is recorded with its own outcome and delivery figures, and the schedule shows averages across all runs.
Stop sending the weekly offer by hand
Set it once, and let the schedule do Friday morning for you.
