Send one WhatsApp message to your whole list — and see what happened to every one

Pick contacts, audiences, or both. Compose once — text, media, documents, buttons, or an approved template — and see it rendered as WhatsApp will render it before anything leaves. Then watch each recipient move through sent, delivered, read or failed, and export the result.

Who it's for

Marketers and shop owners running promotions to a list they already own — especially anyone who has been burned by a tool that reported "sent" and delivered nothing.

The worry it answers

"How do I know it actually arrived?" You get sent, delivered, read and failed per recipient, and you can export it. "Will this get me banned?" The composer warns you before you break WhatsApp's 24-hour rule instead of letting you break it.

How a campaign is sent

  1. Choose who receives it

Pick individual contacts, whole audiences, or a mix. Overlapping audiences are de-duplicated automatically.

  2. Compose and preview

Write the message and see it rendered as a WhatsApp bubble. Media is uploaded with per-type size and format checks.

  3. Clear the 24-hour rule

If a recipient has not replied in the last 24 hours, the composer warns you and offers a one-click switch to an approved template.

  4. Send and watch

Track each recipient through sent, delivered, read or failed. Cancel mid-flight if you need to, and export the results when it is done.

Every WhatsApp message type, in one composer

A campaign is not always a paragraph of text. Send an image with a caption, a price list as a document, a location for the shop, a sticker, a contact card, or an interactive message with reply buttons or a selectable list. Text messages take variables, so one campaign personalises across the whole audience.

  • Text with variables, or an approved template
  • Image, video, audio, document and sticker, with an optional caption and display filename
  • Location and contact cards
  • Interactive reply buttons and interactive lists
  • Media uploaded with an upload progress bar and per-type size and format checks
  • A live preview rendered as the WhatsApp bubble your customer will see

The product refuses to let you make an expensive mistake

Two of the most useful things here are the things the composer stops you doing. WhatsApp only allows a free-form message inside 24 hours of the customer's last reply; outside that window an approved template is required. Rather than failing at send time, the composer raises a warning while you are still writing and offers a one-click switch to a template. The same instinct applies to audiences: a contact who appears in three of the audiences you selected is messaged once, not three times.

Proof, not a progress bar

When a campaign finishes you can answer the only question that matters: did it arrive? Every recipient carries its own status, and the whole list can be exported for a colleague, an accountant, or a client report.

  • Sent, delivered, read and failed, per recipient
  • A campaign detail screen you can open long after the send
  • Export the per-recipient result as a file
  • Cancel a running campaign mid-flight
  • A notification if a campaign fails outright, rather than silence
  • Campaigns can also be launched from your own software

Good to know

Where this feature stops, in plain words — so nothing here surprises you after you buy.

  • Requires the Wiz Campaign or Wiz Pro plan. Wiz Bot alone does not open this screen.
  • WhatsApp's rules apply and are not worked around: outside the 24-hour customer service window, only an approved template can be sent. The composer warns you — it does not bypass anything.
  • We add no recipient cap of our own, but Meta's own messaging tier limits still govern how many people you can reach in a day.
  • Sending is rate-limited per account so a large campaign paces itself rather than tripping Meta's limits.
  • If Meta reports that the number is not enabled for this kind of sending, the campaign stops and the account is flagged for reconnection instead of retrying and burning your quota.
  • The recipient picker shows the first 100 matches; beyond that, search.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can I message at once?

We do not add a cap of our own. What actually limits you is Meta's messaging tier for your number, which rises as your number builds a good sending history. Treat any tool advertising truly unlimited WhatsApp sending with suspicion — that limit is not theirs to remove.

How do I know the messages arrived?

Each recipient carries its own status — sent, delivered, read or failed — on the campaign detail screen, and the whole list can be exported.

What is the 24-hour rule?

WhatsApp only allows free-form business messages within 24 hours of the customer's last message. Outside that window you must use a template Meta has approved. The composer detects this while you are still writing and offers to switch the message to a template.

If someone is in two of my audiences, do they get the message twice?

No. Overlapping audiences are de-duplicated at send time, and the composer tells you so before you send.

Can I stop a campaign that is already running?

Yes. A running campaign can be cancelled mid-flight from its detail screen.

Can I send campaigns from my own software?

Yes. Campaigns can be created programmatically as well as from the dashboard — see the API management feature.
