• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account

• Send legitimate business communications with proper consent
• Do not send spam, unsolicited, or bulk messages without consent
• Do not transmit harmful, threatening, or illegal content
• Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• You must comply with WhatsApp Business API Terms of Service
• You must follow WhatsApp's messaging policies and guidelines
• You are responsible for obtaining proper consent for messaging
• All messages must comply with WhatsApp's content policies

• Fees are charged according to your selected plan
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

• We collect data necessary to provide our Service and follow industry-standard security practices
• We use your data solely to provide and improve our Service

• You may request data deletion subject to legal requirements

• We retain all rights to our platform, software, and content
• You retain ownership of content you create and upload

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Muvattupuzha, Kerala.
