Ten Languages

Your team works in their language, not in translated English

Software your staff cannot read is software your staff will not use. The platform is available in ten languages — English, Spanish, Arabic, German, French, Indonesian, Filipino, Brazilian Portuguese, Hindi and Italian — and the language switch works for signed-out visitors too, so people can read about it in their own language before they ever create an account.

Who it's for

Non-English-first operators in India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Latin America and the Gulf — the markets this language list was actually chosen for.

The worry it answers

"My team doesn't work in English." Then they do not have to.

Getting set up in your language

  1. Switch before you sign up

Pick your language while you are still reading about the product. It applies to signed-out visitors too.

  2. Create an account

Sign up with email or with Facebook, whichever suits how you already work.

  3. Set your preference

Your language choice follows your account, so the dashboard opens the way you left it.

  4. Invite your team

Each teammate picks their own language. A shared inbox does not have to mean a shared language.

The account layer, in plain terms

This is everything around the product rather than inside it: signing up by email or with Facebook, verifying and recovering your account, keeping your profile and addresses current, and receiving notifications — in the product and by email — about the things that matter, like a template Meta has ruled on or a subscription about to renew.

What you can do with your account

  • Sign up and sign in with email, or with Facebook
  • Verify your email, and recover the account if you lose the password
  • Keep your profile, avatar and address details up to date
  • In-app and email notifications, with an unread count
  • Mark notifications read or clear them
  • Switch the interface language at any time — including before you sign in

An honest note on translation

Ten supported languages is a real investment, and it is worth being precise about what it means. A language being supported means the product runs in it and the interface is translated. It does not mean every last string in every corner is equally polished — coverage is not uniform, and we would rather tell you that than claim to be fully localised and have you find the gap yourself. If you work primarily in one of these languages and hit an untranslated screen, that is a bug worth reporting rather than something you should have expected.

Good to know

Where this feature stops, in plain words — so nothing here surprises you after you buy.

  • Ten languages are supported: English, Spanish, Arabic, German, French, Indonesian, Filipino, Brazilian Portuguese, Hindi and Italian.
  • Translation coverage is not uniform across all ten. A language being supported is not the same as it being completely translated, and we do not claim to be fully localised.
  • There is no self-service two-factor authentication on accounts. We would rather state that plainly than let you assume a security control that is not there.
  • Account features need a login, but no subscription.
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Which languages are supported?

English, Spanish, Arabic, German, French, Indonesian, Filipino, Brazilian Portuguese, Hindi and Italian.

Can I read the site in my language before signing up?

Yes. The language switch works for signed-out visitors, so you are not required to create an account just to evaluate the product in a language you read comfortably.

Is the product fully translated?

Not uniformly. All ten languages are supported and the interface is translated, but coverage is not identical everywhere — so we say "available in ten languages" rather than "fully localised".

Can different people on my team use different languages?

Yes. Language is a per-account preference, so a shared inbox does not force a shared language.

Is there two-factor authentication?

Not as a self-service option today. We would rather tell you that than imply a security control you do not actually have.

Can I sign up with Facebook?

Yes — email or Facebook, whichever fits how you already work. Facebook sign-in is also convenient if you are about to connect a WhatsApp number owned by a Facebook Business account.

Work in the language your team actually speaks

Ten languages, right-to-left support, and a switch that works before you sign up.
