This Policy applies to the WizMessage web platform and all associated mobile applications developed by BETH TECHNOLOGIES, specifically including: - WizMessage for WA Business (Google Play: com.wizmessage.mobile) - WizBot - AI Chatbot for WA (Google Play: com.wizmessage.wizbot)
Nature of Products
We do not sell any physical goods. All products and services offered are digital SaaS subscriptions, delivered electronically.
Cancellation and Refund Window
- Customers may request a cancellation and full refund within 12 hours of completing their payment.
- To initiate a cancellation, contact us via email at [email protected] within the 12-hour window, providing payment details and the reason for cancellation.
Refund Process
- Once a valid cancellation request is received within the stipulated time, the full payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Refund requests made after 12 hours from the time of payment will not be eligible.
- No refunds will be provided for partial usage of the subscription.
- Once the 12-hour period has lapsed, all sales are considered final.
